This Tuesday May 8th @ 2PM – 3PM (EDT), I begin a 5-part webinar series in conjunction with the Small Business and Technology Development Center (SBTDC).

Part 1 will review the EOS model and focus on the Vision/Traction Organizer (VTO). The VTO helps you crystallize your vision by answering 8 questions about your business. When you finish, you’ll know who you are, what you are, where you are going and how you are going to get there.

Each session will provide about 45 minutes of content with 15 minutes for Q&A.
